A block of 35 rooms in a dormitory on the beautiful Scarritt Bennett Center campus has been set aside for this conference, with the possibility of adding more if needed.
Rooms are single occupancy (one twin bed) with a bathroom shared with the adjacent room.
The Scarritt Bennett Center is providing Summit participants with a reduced rate of $71.40/night. This rate is only available by reserving a room for all three nights of the Summit (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday).
If you have not made a reservation for the 3-night package by June 11, reservations will have to be made directly with Scarritt Bennett Center at their regular rates and there is no guarantee of availability.
If you need to reserve a room for just one night or any nights outside of the Thursday, Friday, Saturday block, you must do that directly through the Scarritt Bennett Center at their regular, non-reduced rates. Contact them by calling (615) 340-7500.
There will be very limited possibilities of staying at homes of Nashville participants, with priority given to scholarship recipients.
Of course, there is a range of commercial lodging in the greater Nashville area. Be advised that rooms fill up quickly with tourists on summer weekends.
